陳浩維的主業為資安從業人員(美商酷澎公司臺灣暨日本資安長),副業為非營利組織經營者(台灣未來基金會、臺灣國際基金會)及政府機構諮詢者(國防部、國安會、僑委會等)。過去服務於美國亞馬遜、日本樂天、聯合國、趨勢科技、中央研究院、友邁科技等處,並為資安網站 Hacker.org.tw(CRETIX Security, 2003 – 2011)站長。曾獲中華民國十大傑出青年(第六十二屆)、中華民國海外十大傑出青年(第四屆)、天下雜誌未來領袖人物、美國國際國防通信電子協會 Forty Under 40、美國 Security 雜誌傑出資安領袖、英國 Cyber 雜誌十大資安領袖等榮譽,另獲選美國戰略暨國際安全中心 AILA International Fellow。旅居日本、美國各十多年,曾跨國就讀十二所學校,畢業於美國卡內基梅隆大學資安碩士、輔仁大學資工學士,目前正在美國約翰霍普金斯大學攻讀國際事務博士。後備役少尉軍官,服役期間於陸軍砲兵訓練指揮部和中山科學院進行軍用軟體開發研究。曾在菲律賓、蒙古、柬埔寨和帛琉等地擔任教育志工。主要興趣為資訊安全、國防外交及非營利事業等領域。
Hao-Wei Chen is an award-winning multilingual cybersecurity practitioner and social entrepreneur, currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer for Taiwan and Japan at Coupang (NYSE: CPNG; a Fortune 200 company), where he oversees cybersecurity for millions of customers across two major markets.
Previously, he spent over a decade at Amazon, working in both Seattle and Washington, D.C., where he founded the Amazon Vulnerability Research Program (VRP) and transformed the company’s product security strategy—now recognized as one of the world’s largest bug bounty programs. His technical leadership across incident response, red teaming, product security, and insider threat mitigation strengthened Amazon’s global security posture, safeguarding its worldwide operations, 1.5 million employees, and customer trust.
Hao-Wei advises Taiwan’s Ministry of National Defense and National Security Council, providing strategic and technical counsel on national cyber policy and practices. He also serves on the International Affairs Committee of the Taiwan Network Information Center (TWNIC) and was recently appointed to the Youth Affairs Committee under the New Taipei City Government. As an Associate Adviser to the Overseas Community Affairs Council, he supports educational and cultural initiatives that foster deeper connections between Taiwan and its overseas communities, particularly in the Greater Seattle region.
In the nonprofit sector, Hao-Wei is the founder of both the NEX Foundation and the Taiwan International Foundation, through which he has launched initiatives such as the NEX Work platform to empower young professionals and the Taiwan Studies Fellowship, aimed at advancing global cultural diplomacy. He also serves as President of the Taiwanese American Heritage Foundation, organizing cultural and community activities during Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month in the U.S., including performances and culinary showcases that promote diversity and mutual understanding.
Hao-Wei holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Fu Jen Catholic University and an M.S. in Information Security from Carnegie Mellon University. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in International Affairs at Johns Hopkins University. He is also a military veteran, having served as an Army officer in Taiwan.
